Monitorer:

 

Q: I downloaded Monitorer but i can't open it!
A: You will need StuffIT Expander to open the Monitorer archive. You can downlod it here <link>.

Q: I double-click Monitorer but it doesn't launch!
A: Monitorer is a system extension, that means you have to drag it into the Extension folder and restart to get it to work. for more information please read the ReadMe file which is included in the Monitorer folder.

Q: I installed Monitorer as described but when i restart i see a little yellow window and i can't get rid of it! How can i remove it?
A: You have to purchase a license of Monitorer, then you will receive a serial number. You then enter the serial number in the desired field in the Settings application which is included in the Monitorer folder. The next time you restart your computer you won't see the window again.

Q: I purchased a Monitorer license but i didn't receive a serial number yet! What's the deal?
A: You will receive your serial number within 48 hours since we have to approve your registration, but usually we submit the serial number within 24 hours.

Q: I purchased a license for an older version of Monitorer, do I have to pay again for the new one?
A: If you purchased a license for a version prior 2.x you have to pay a $5 upgrade fee, for all other users the old serial also works with all 2.x versions.
